Design and price a stick frame construction guesthouse in Blacksburg, Virginia. The guesthouse may not exceed a 16' X 20' footprint with a 16' height limit. The space should include a bedroom, bathroom and desk. This design rethinks the patio space commonly found in American vernacular. A stop motion video was created for the final presentation of this project. The sequence of construction of the model illustrates the sequence of construction of the full scale guesthouse.
